Double Agent

The teachers at my school had a brief meeting this morning on the Assembly KS2 and how well it was working. The principle wanted our input on it all and to see how our students were doing with it. The meeting was brief, and before I knew it I was in my class getting ready to take attendance. Every morning it is the same routine for me, attendance, collecting homework, and giving a short lecture. The routine helps both my students and I to be comfortable and more relaxed with our school day. Everyone knows what to expect and can be prepared before they even enter my classroom. I was thinking about switching the routine up, but decided against it due to the fact that I’ve had the same routine all year long now. Sometimes changes is good, but in this case it would make things more difficult.
